organizer of the Markets & Allocators Private Summit ("MAPS" or
the "Event"), a closed-door, invitation-only summit for qualified
General Partners, Family Offices, institutional allocators, and
high-net-worth investors. This Privacy Policy sets out how we
collect, use, store, and protect personal data submitted through the
MAPS event website and related registration processes. By submitting
your information through this platform, you acknowledge and agree to
the practices described herein. This Policy applies to all
individuals who register interest, attend, or otherwise interact
with MAPS or MAPS in connection with the Event.

following legal bases:

allocate sponsorship packages, and communicate event logistics
including venue, schedule, and confirmation of participation.

To conduct the curated selection process that is central to the
MAPS format. All attendee applications are reviewed by MAPS to
ensure the quality and relevance of the attendee cohort. We may
review your firm profile and professional background as part of
this review.

Post-Event Follow-Up (Legitimate Interest): To
coordinate introductions between General Partners and allocators
who have expressed mutual interest during or after the Event. This
facilitation is a core service of MAPS and a stated purpose of the
Event.

with applicable laws in Singapore and other jurisdictions,
including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and financial
services regulations where applicable.
We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing,
advertising, or profiling unrelated to the Event or MAPS's

5. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
MAPS will
not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your
personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. Your
information will not be shared with sponsors, exhibitors, media
partners, data brokers, or any party outside of MAPS without your
explicit, prior written consent. The only exception is where
disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory
authority. In such cases, we will notify you to the extent permitted

6. Data Sharing Within the Event
In the context of the Event, MAPS may facilitate introductions
between General Partners and allocators (Family Offices,
institutional investors, and qualified individuals) based on
expressed mutual interest. Any such introduction is made exclusively
by MAPS's team and involves the disclosure only of professional
information (firm name, contact name, and role) to the relevant
counterparty. This facilitation is an integral part of the Event
service and is disclosed at the time of registration. Attendees who
do not wish to be introduced to specific counterparties may
communicate this preference to MAPS at any time.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the
purposes outlined in this Policy, and in any event for no longer
than three (3) years from the date of the Event or
from your last interaction with MAPS, whichever is later, unless a
longer retention period is required by applicable law. Unsuccessful
applicants whose registration is not confirmed will have their data
deleted within 90 days of the Event date, unless they have
separately consented to further communications.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to
protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss,
destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include
access controls, encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), and
restricted internal access based on the principle of least
privilege. While we take reasonable precautions, no electronic

MAPS is a closed-door, invitation-only event for professional
investors and qualified counterparties. Nothing communicated through
this website or during the Event constitutes investment advice, a
solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or financial
product. Attendees are responsible for conducting their own due
diligence. MAPS does not act as a licensed fund manager, financial
adviser, or capital markets intermediary in connection with the
Event. The Event facilitates introductions and presentations; all
investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the
individual attendee.
